HELP WITH THESE ISSUES PLEASE

Hi all,

I have started this mini grow and my 2 plants are approx 7 weeks old. I have 1 plant that is doing ok but the leaves are starting to curl a bit little and the 2nd plant is growing really slowly. I am folar feeding 4 or 5 times a day, but I have only watered twice. The soil Is damp but not overly.

Any ideas???

I'm gonna take a shot and say magnesium defiency give a dose of calmag nutrients
