help with sweet and molasses

HIGH,
im currently running the full line of ff nutrients in ffof soil cut with perlite- I have some botanicare sweet and recently acquired some blackstrap molassess also. Which is better?- is the sweet more for taste and the molasses more for size? Can i use them both together or should i use one or the other? What do you pros recommend? Please be sure to include recommended doses per gallon as well. thanks any hlp is greatly appreciated - thanks again &

I use the FF line of nutes and ocean forest, and i give 2 tablespoons molasses with every feeding. I'm not familiar with botanicare, but it likely does the same thing as the molasses in providing carbohydrates for the beneficial organisms operating within our soil. I don't know about making the bud sweeter or bigger though

would use 1 tsp of each ever third water from flowering until you flush...doesnt help a ton for veg...i use liquid karma in veg...it works better than the sweet
