Help with some transplanting <pics>

Hey I was wondering if my plant was to small to transplant it from the soil to a small net pot or should I wait till it's a little bigger

I wouldnt recommend doing it. A lot of stress to the plant that may not come back from but if you are willing.
You have to get all the soil off the roots, soaking and rinsing.
If all that goes well then you are going to have to weave the roots through the hydron.
