help with seeds!

ok so i have just harvested some seeds from my weed plant yesterday..today i drop 5 in a glass of water and it sank immedialty ..is it good..all the seeds are brown or dark

Seeds should be cured for around 30 days for higher germination rates. Anything less then that could decrease your germination rate.

Although the above statement is the rule of thumb, i have had seeds drop from a living plant and actually start growing in the same pot!

Typically seeds that immediately sink is a good sign. I find that the longer they are floaters, the lower the germ rate

it is my first grow so i didn't know we need to cure it :D..

It's possible.

Was your hermie due to stress? If not, then you can look forward to more hermies... Which is not a big deal if you don't care about having hermies or like to make hash.
