Help with reflective shit!

I went to the Hydroponic stoor today and bought super reflective metalized 1ml film... And was wondering how to put it up... It says tape it than nail it and thats all good for wood but I'm puting it on cement... anyone put it on cement before or know anything???

dubble sidded tape? or maybe a hot glue gun lol i dunno spray adhesive might work

Spray adhesive sounds way to complex for someone with my comprehensive skills

toptak adhesive would be easiest i would say,spray it on the wall and put you mylar on it and smooth it out ,job done

Will that hold it for years to come hopfuly?
I dont want to use tape because tape sucks I want permanent stickage.
