Most of the leaves on my plants have a black and yellow tip is this because of feeding ? i am feeding them once a week with biobizz and following the chart of the net they getting biobizz grow and bloom i mix it at 2ml per litre of bloom and grow the chart says 4 ml of each but it didnt like the 4 ml so reduced it to 2 ml the pants are 8 weeks old and have buds all over

It’s a symptom of nutrient burn. Other than that the leaf looks healthy. Maybe check out a cheap PPM meter

Too much nitrogen...tip burn plus the dark green color of ur leaves...classic nitrogen toxicity
Back off the nitrogen for a while

I experienced this with my plants. Scale back the feeding by 1/2, and switch to doing it every other week.
Perhaps your soil already had nutes?
I scaled my feeding back and everything is good now, leaves with burn will remained burnt, but now it’s continuing on strong!

I say keep on but only do it at half strength.
however let 2 cycles of watering go through to flush it first.
