Help with new light purchase

I am in the process of setting up a new grow area and have decided to go with a 250 watt hps in a cool tube. My question is would the cool tube from HTG work with the ballast in the link below? The plug on this ballast doesn't look like its compatible with the cool tube cord. Any advice on setting this up would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The problem is that in everyone of the HTG pictures they hide the end of the plug so I can't see if it is a proper or not. It needs to be the male version with three prongs that plugs into the ballast cord in this picture:

Thats what I wasn't sure of. I have never used hps before and didn't know which side of the ballast the reflector plugs into. Do you know if that plug has a certain name? Thanks for the info.
