HELP with my home made aero cloner! Time Sensitive

I just built a homemade cloner from a popular DIY and I want to make sure im doing this right. I am running behind on getting my plants moved into flower and dont have rooted clones yet. Im coming close to outgrowing my space!

This is my cloner.

-12/31/2010-
-After I ran the cloner for about a week of testing I tore it apart and cleaned it VERY VERY WELL. (I read lots of horror storys)
-I filled it with only (per everyones recomendation) my well water that is has 200ppm
-I phed my water to 6.3-6.5
-Water temp stays at 75 consistant
-Room temp is 75-78 consistant ( I could easily take it to 80-85?)
-sprayers/pump is running 24/0
-Light is 24/0

-First cloning experience-

-I cut some clones last week and started in root shooters? After having trouble with temps in the humidity dome I pulled the clones and put them in my new aero cloner.
-I cut some more clones yesterday. I left the 2 clones I cut last week even though I dont think they will root (I had tried my well water and 1/4 strength olivias liquid cloning solution at first and my ppm was 400+ and they burned a little).
-I cut 4 clones off of my #1 plant. I used the under water cut method 3/4" under a node and tore the node down to take some skin with it.
-I cut 2 small clones off of my #2 plant to experement. It didnt have exposed nodes to tear skin, so I took a razor and split the stem down middle 1/2" long down the bottom (as found in my new marijuana HORTICULTURE BOOK), all was performed under water.
-Clones were then dipped in olivias cloning gell (not to cover the stems with thick layer, but to pack rooting hormone into the wounds as I figure this will just get sprayed off and just cycle around in my aero cloner)
-Clones were cut on 12/31/2010

Is this set up right?

THANKS in advance!

yessir looks good to me. i run a similar aero cloner and have a 100% root rate, i dont use any cloning gel or additives, just straight tap water. enjoy.

worry about the gel getting washed off? if thats what you're asking then no, you dont have to worry about it.

I guess "worry" about it is a bad question.

I guess, "is it relevent to do so"? is a better question. But from a lot of reading it shouldnt matter either way.

More importantly would be my Water, Water schedule, Water temerature, room temerature and nutes/additeves to water.

Well last night was the first day of DWC for me in my veg room. I was ph-ing all the water I could get my hands on......
I ended up checking the PH in my cloner........But I unplugged it to do so........
Got supper baked while I was being frustraded at ph fluctuations over in veg and EFFING FORGOT TO PLUG THE CLONER BACK IN!!! THE HUMM OF THE AIR PUMP IN VEG IS THE SAME TONE AND MY BRAIN DIDNT REGISTER IT WAS OFF. I didnt notice for 3-4 hours. When I went to check ph in veg again I peeked in the cloner box and WTF there all drooped/wilted!! leaves pointed strait down and looking frail as ever.. I quickly turned it on and folliar fed them. When I checked them this morning they were standing back up at about 80%, not as happy as they were...

Man That was stupid!!

I forgot to mention that I added a fan blowing air from my intake directly at the base of the cloner bucket. It has lowered my water temp from 74-76 to 72-74.

Not much but I am now officially under the 75 mark!

You can put a frozen bottle of water in to cool the temps...and for hydro ph is best between 5.5 and 5.8 ....just my 2 cents

I will adress the warmer water temps in other ways. Although the water bottle trick works, its not practicle for day to day use. I would rather make my own water cooler or somthing first. I am currently holding a steady 73-75 water temp so I think im ok.

As for ph, I am just following the recomendation on the ez-cloner instructions.

Im too new to know how to determine/decipher what is best?

Dang thats my problem now is water temps keeping them cool in the aero cloner that water jug thing is a pain cuz the water gets warm fast, right now I just keep changing the resv cuz its cold outside and I use that water to make it cold but I cant really think of a way to keep them cool I want some sort of fan blowin or something silmilar to what you said Dustybowlz
