Hello everyone ,first time poster and first indoor grow,just need someone to tell me if my female is healthy and if I'm doing it correctly..my plant is a week old,excluding germination and lights are on 24hours a day..any opinions or helpful tips please:)

The plant is stretching a lot, the light is too far, you need to move the light closer and, if you can, put a small fan to strengthen the plant and move the hot air from the light once it is moved closer.

What kind of light is that? Later on you will need more lights. Probably about four or five more. That's fine for right now but I would try and add one every week. Any time you get spare money go and buy a couple even if it's just one at a time.

It's a bulb out of my vivarium and the casing think it's a 13a fused socket,as long as its alright for now:)

Yes, cfl lights are not expensive, shortly, very shortly, your plant will need it. I believe that cfl bulbs are the cheapest alternative in lighting.
Good luck, get cfl's.
