With clonex gel and a humidifier I was getting 50% but my humidifier broke now like 2 out of every 20 pop. I only needed to worry about humidity when using non water mediums for rooting. With water the temps have to be right or they take forever or rot. Lighting for clone is key as well, just on the edges of light coverage works for me.

Long story short.. I'd:
1. switch up the feed since what's being used now isn't working.
2. Flush & feed.. once she's healthy take cut's/prune & train for an even canopy & flower her out.
3. Start a new mom.

Honestly you could probably cut off 1/2 to 2/3 of the above-ground growth and as much of the root ball, and re-pot it in the same container with fresh soil. 5-gallon mom's are for industrial-scale production, not home growing...

For personal/home growing, it's seriously the way to go. Here's some I had a little while back, they were between 6 months and a year old when this pic was taken. Grown on a shelf under an LED shop light, fed liquid fish and kelp every 2 weeks, and aggressively pruned, including pruning the root ball every 6 months.
Like that article says, tiny clones have unlimited growth potential. You can grow trees from little 3" cuttings just as well as from larger ones.

Yeah, I just cut about 1/2" from all sides of the root ball, including the bottom, and re-pot in the same container with fresh soil. In 4" pots, that's about half the volume of soil/roots being removed and replaced. They grow back like nothing happened, and it allows you to keep them in small pots basically indefinitely
