Help with lighting set up!

I have had one grow, so I am still a noob and I need some serious advice. I just got 5 feminized w.w. and 5 fem. blackberry and I need to invest in lights, I have heard so much about t5 and cfls, but would it be best to go with a ballast kit with hps and mh capabilities? And what type of wattage would you suggest for growing? + rep for all with wisdom...

for 10 average size plants id go for the hps and 600w at least or maybe 2 400s to widen your lighting coverage or the big 250w cfls if your gonna go cfls cause i wouldnt even want to try 10 plants with 20 watt cfls i think it would be a bit of a knightmare for me
