I bought a new cool reflector with the sealed glass for my 1000W HPS ballast and bulb that I flower with. My question is this; I have a 4" vent pipe that goes through my wall and I'll be pumping cold winter air through the new light. All the fans that I've looked at say that TOP temps for the air going through the FAN should be NO MORE than 140 degrees. Since the air that I'm gonna be pulling through the light will probably be no warmer than 40 degrees, will I be safe with one of those fans? Will the temps be higher than that? One other thing, should I get a 6" fan with a 4"X6" reducer or will the 4" fan be enough? I looked at "Vortex" and "Tjernlund" inline fans. Thanks in advance!
