Help with inline carbon filter/fan combo!

My 2 white widow girls are becoming very potent smell wise. I need some advice on getting rid of the smell. My grow box is inside of a closet that has no ducting in it. My closet is rather large and has 2 doors. I am needing to know of I can just run the inline fan with carbon filter inside of the closet without using ducting and face the exhaust towards the opposite end of the closet to allow fresh air to flow in? I cannot hook fan up to my grow box and this would pretty much be my only option. I've tried Ona gels and they don't help at all. Thanks!

I planned a lot. So much that I left out the obvious things. But this is my first grow so I'll chalk it up to lack of knowledge lol

Yes, you can put the fan on top of the carbon filter and stick it in the corner to scrub the air 24/7. You will probably not get all of the smell out because you won't have a filter on your exhaust but it will definitely help out a lot. I have two carbon filters in my tent, one scrubbing 24/7 and the other on my exhaust fan to take care of any remaining odor. It works so well that I can stand in front of the exhaust and with the air blowing right in my face, I can't smell a thing.

That's great to hear. Think a 4 inch GrowBright high velocity fan with carbon filter would be sufficient?
