help with harvesting..

Hi... I put this off for as long as I could, now i need help...

I'm a noob and I chose kali mist as my first plant to grow. It's almost ready for harvesting/cultivation, and I'm bewildered!

My plant is stalky but has very very large dense clusters of fluffy buds and I'm afraid I'm going to mess up! any help please?

...I read that site earlier, but a bit overwhelmed. The tutorals have consistent budding on their branches, my plants a basically stalky and a huge mass on the top...
