Help with growtent ventilation/inline fan

temps are only 75 now, window closed, its gettin cold. left it running a full 18 never got hotter then 75, might have been 72 at one point.. pretty sure my buddys just getting a 400 watt with cool tube and 6" inline fan (unless i can get away with using 2 4"s?) so atleast 800 watts of light in the tent, might supplement w/cfls also during flowering. and yes co2 would be awesome, but not just yet lol.

i know, just waitn on my buddy to hurry up and order the other light/fan to start.. he's laggin its startin to piss me off i might start w.o him but then the change in environment is a bad idea.. ughhh but yeah. also, do you think i can reuse my old foxfarm soil n jsut use nutes?

also, i bought 3 of those y connectors and the bulb outlet to plug adapter and 4 24 watt 2700k cfls, and i already have 2 12w 2700s. didnt know that i needed 5k, but it's not a waste at all in my eyes. i want to try to save some money with cfls for the first 2-3 weeks and i want to use them for either a mini grow or veg chamber.. not sure how practical cfls are but they sure are cheap
