Help with growbox

This is my first real grow so go easy, this wont be my permanent box as i am hollowing out a fridge and going to be using that as a box.

running 3 25w cfl's, two are currently uvb reptile lights 5.0 i also had a little warm white 13w cfl lamp in there but imo it was creating more heat having the full lamp in there then good it was doing for the plant.
also yes i know the box is hot it can get to 35c but that's the outside air temp as-well(its hot in Australia right now)
i also have a t5 dual 18w lamp i could use so any suggestion on what i should be doing is appreciated.

my question is would it be better to use the uvb lights for vegging or should i switch over to the warm white cfl's (exact same size) instead of the two uvb lights for growth.
also another question if i clone her later on can i still flower? and when is the best time to fim how much longer should i wait.

Stop using those UVB reptile lights! Just use any regular CFL (spiral or t5 doesnt matter) 6500k. Dont use warm whites 2700k for vegging.. save em for flowering. You can fim at 5 nodes or your own preference.

Yeah totally agree with Dr.StickFingers. I'm currently using this T5 light atm and works well for veg.

I'm just about to purchase a 2700k cfl for flowering. I am also currently in the process of building a fridge grow box and live in Aus.:bigjoint:
Good luck growing!

UVB is for resin stimulation, best to use only at end of veg and throughout flower. Cool white/5500k-6500k in veg for bushier plant. Warm white for flower. I would use 2 of the UVB during flower.

150w or so of florescent total. Or LEDs are an option.

Uvb rays damage the plant tissues in the same way they damage our own skin tissue, the difference being the fact that plants produce resin to protect themselves against these rays. Use 1 throughout flower then add the second towards the end, this will ensure the plant will constantly need to produce more resin. This is a theory of mine which I'm hoping to strengthen with some side by sides at some point in the future.

me 3 bruddahs. currently using t12 and it works wonders on my cloned ladies (hybrids):blsmoke:
ya t 12s are good for clones. t8 eight bulb 4 ' will veg decent plants and t5 will even flower them if you do it right. if i were this guy id find a small hps some how. any type will do better than floros.
