Help with grow room in basement cellar

I have a cellar in my basement that i want to convert to a grow room, but i am unsure if it will be ok for use;

This is my first ever grow and all my information that i have thus far picked up may be incorrect so please correct me if im wrong about anything.

The cellar has brick walls, and a concrete floor. (the realistic dimensions that i can make my grow room is 6.5' x 5.2' x 6' (LxWxH).

My biggest problem is with the brick walls of the cellar that leave a clearance between the roof, and basically there is a gap to access the underneath the house.
(I do believe that the cellar was just hollowed out from a wall of the basement, and makeshift walls were added to seperate it with the rest of the underside of the house).

I can also regularly hear what i think are pests and vermin scampering around, and i have no doubt that its possible for them to get into the cellar.

What ways could i go about securing proper walls for my grow-room? The black/white foil that i have seen used i do not believe is enough on its own as it is possible to be gnawed through if im not mistaken.

The other thing is i am not sure how to create adequate ventilation. The insulation tubing from the ducted heating runs visibly right through the cellar so im not sure if its possible to 'tap into' those tubings, or perhaps mimick a similar one, however having the tubings run all the way to an exit in my house.

My main concerns with this grow room is that it must be silent and very quiet (hopefully no louder than an average fridge).

Sorry if i have rambled on but to sumarize:

given my description of the cellar (i can try get some photos) would it make a suitable grow area (quiet+hygenic+no smell), and how could i go around creating the ventilation etc?

Thanks so much for reading through my post everyone i highly appreciate it!

Peace guys :peace:
