Help with fungus ID?

Can anyone help me ID this issue?
Three weeks "Cherry cream pie" appears to be a fungus
Hydro bubble 75 water temp 78 room temp 50% humidity

Deficiency not fungus

look close enough and you can see the spots have dead tissue filling them

Thanks, any ideas on what the deficiency is? It's only one of eight plants - Could it be a light deficiency?

Thought I had all basis covered. Using flora Macro, Grow & Bloom, Calimagic and Hydroguard. Guess on my third grow I am missing something?
I'm back with leaf septoria (fungus) as it's only one plant. Perhaps pull the plant and not worry?

Could be rust fungus, need a much clearer image to know for sure.
