help with flowering stage

ok my plant is now showing its pistils.. YAY!!!!!!! so i have a few question for u expert growers. i just now switched over to 12/12 cycle. i am still using 5 26(daylight 6500k) watt on this on plant. since i have no money for a hps and ballast im going to use like three 2700k cfls and two daylight 6500k is that a good mix of lighting or what?? also how often should i give it nutes? still do it every other watering? please help.. would much aprreciate it. thanks guys
