Assuming you extracted all of the available cannabinoids you will have 7g, (28g pot x 0.25), of THC in your 20ml so using 10ml for your 50 gummies you are using half or 3.5g/3500mg THC /50 gummies or 70mg per gummy. Ought to kick some ass.
I've got lots of pot stashed away to make into oils both CBD and THC to make edibles with. Rather than screw around with rough estimates I'll be sending a sample of each off to a lab to get real numbers to work with. $60 each for just the potency testing but I'll have at least 100g of each so worth getting it done. No one around here smokes and we actually do use this for medical. That doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy our meds…often and a lot. I DO test every batch as I make edibles, like 1 cookie, 2 cookies, 3 cook…. Now, here’s the that works. Let’s say infused coconut oil. I use one once of bud to one cup oil. All my recipes are based on one teaspoon per serving. The wife and I both have a doctor's medical for pot and she never smokes it tho I like little hits in my pipe for immediate effect.

Here's an easy way to dose fairly accurately. This is sleep med i make for two women, 1 oz decarbed indica (Big Bud if available), infused into 2 cups MCT. Easy to control the dosage with a dropper. Both take half a dropper and sleep. Gummys are also perfect for dosing. I have two molds that make 40 1/2 inch balls (from Amazon). 1/2 balls are almost exactly 1 teaspoon. I use about the same amount of pot to oil as you do. 10g of carrier oil, (MCT, coconut), to 1g of bud or a 10:1 ratio and a tsp of the THC one would get me pretty buzzed. I give a few friends edibles and the infused oils were a PITA for them so now getting into making gummies and/or chocolates and would like to have the lab results to be able to make blends at specific amounts for better dosing info.
I'll look up which round molds I bought. They are probably in the reorder list, I'll look. They were just 1/2 inch balls.
