This is my first indoor grow, it will be in my closet, i need to know these things:
1.) how many Watts do i need per plant, or for 3 plants
2.) What color temp do i need, in K
3.) How much will it be to light 3 plants
4.) what is that foil called to reflect the lights, where do i get it?
5.) should i use multiple color temps?
6.) What soil for a indoor grow

Thanks for all the help!:eyesmoke:

here are my personal opinions

- For your first grow do 1 or 2, I wouldnt do 3. That will also mean you can let those 1 or 2 get bigger and take up more room than if you have 3.
- Look up Hempy growing. I used to grow in soil and my plants looked puny and barely grew. Ever since switching to hempy I can REALLY see the difference and my plants are loving that shit. Plus I save money on only buying perlite, its pretty damn cheap.
-take note on the Kelvin temperature on your cfl bulbs, its pretty crucial. Personally im growing with all 2700k's and my flowering is going better than the vegging (vegging uses 6500k), so a mixed spectrum is probably a lot more ideal for you.

If you;re serious about growing some chronic then read read read! It's the only way you will actually know what you're doing, rather than going off what other people say

1.4,000 Lumens Per Plant. 2.Most people prefer using 6500k (Vegative Growth) and 2700k (Flowering Stage) you may use 5000k or 2700k for vegative growth if 6500k (Daylight) is not avabile. 3. Depends on the amount of volts being used by wattage I forgot how to calculate the amount per month if someone can help as I don't have my bible right now and electricity cost don't concern me anymore. The actual cost for bulbs depends on the store and manufacture a pack of 2-23w (1600 lumen) CFLs is around $7. 4. Panda film or Mylar, painting the surface a white will also give 80% more reflection. 5.Yes you can provide a mixture of color temps for your grow as some plants take the transition from say a 6500k or 5000k to 2700k for flowering is a lot less hard on the plant if already adjusted too a mixture of color temperatures or kelvins. 6. I recommend Fox Farms Ocean Forest as there is no need for provided feeding for a month and it also is already stabilized at a perfect drainage and ph ratio, but growing medium is all up to the feel of the grower as I use Coco in a Hydroponic as that is my prefrence I also recommend the Fox Farms Liquid Soil fertilizer line as it is great for beginner growers using soil.
