Help with babies

I have a few seeds started, one is about a week old and 4" high i'd say.
Veg room has 400w mh, and im wondering how long i should keep the babies in incubator before bringing under the mh?

can you incubate under a mh the whole time just with the plants being farther from the light?

right now the incubator has a 24w flourescent bulb

Give them a couple hours of MH light and put them back in, increase the time each day until you're on the right schedule

cool. ill start hardening them off soon.

im also looking for how long i should leave in seedling stage.
is there a sign that tells me when to switch to veg?

I believe, but don't quote me, that once they get the second set of pointed leaves they should be ready. Are you vegging with 24/0? I'm sorry if you said that in the last message but it's been a minute, and, well.. it's a marijuana forum, man...

haha, its ok, i didn't.
the veg is set for 18/6 under the mh.

I put my seedling in there under my 400 MH when they are about three days old I just start them on the far side of the room. and slowly move them until they are directly under the light again about another three days.

After the 2nd week you should be good to move them under the MH bulb
