I have 3 distinct phenotypes for males and 5 phenotypes for females. One of the males flowered really fast. I want to keep 1 of the males and 2 of the females to make a seed crop. What should I consider when selecting the male and two females. I want the earliest flowering plants for growth outside in Alaska. We have a short season.

Just pick your favourite pheno depending on the charascteristics you want.
A fast finisher is great but if the yield is poor, why bother.
Make a list of the traits you want, prioritise them and pick the parents you prefer. More difficult with auto's of course since cloning is out of the question.
