Easy man! take out the CPU fan with the wires connected to it, you only need 2 wires so chop off the remote wire, then you have a few options, you can either use a phone charger cut off the end that connects to the phone and join the CPU fan and the old phone charger lead, and a better way to do it is go to an electrical store ie. Maplin Electronics and buy a transformer plug it has a rotate button on it that controls the voltage, in this case (speed). Just cut the connecting end off the transformer plug, and attach the fan to the transformer now you have a working fan and a dial to control the speed of the air intake/exhaust (outtake). I may have a pic, Ill have a look in a min. ps i wouldnt use the pc's power supply cos you cant control the voltage and you will prob. be wasting electricity, and the unit will get hot because you ve used its cooling fan
