Steve is correct that you sound like you would be safest hiring an electrician. If you really want to learn how to do it yourself, start by reading online articles about electricity & household wiring. Learn about how the three common plug terminals function and how to properly connect them to a building's wiring. Study the basics of voltage, wattage, resistance and their effect on amperage. Understand what those values mean for wire gauge & breaker size. Learn about all safety precautions when working on a building's wiring, both personal ones and those for protecting the circuitry of the building. When you are confident enough to give it a try, talk to an electrical specialist at a local Home Depot or hardware store and/or post your plan here so people with experience can point out any problems.
Obviously, breaking all of this down in this thread would be a huge writeup.
Always shut off the main breaker before working on wiring, first making sure that doing so won't harm anything currently powered by it.
