Help! (why does it happen?)

i need your help guys...

Question:
1- Why do they have yellow leaves?
2- Why are they so short?

information about the conditions:
1- The plants in the pictures are 20 day old... (in total there are 4 plants.)
2- The 3 CFL bulbs are about 2,54 cm (1 inch) away(over) from the plants ...
( 85w + 60w + 23w daylight bulbs over the plants)
also ( 18w daylight tube florescent + 18w warmwhite florescent ) are standing
near them and 3 inch away from the plants...
3- They have enough coolwhite bulbs and lumens...
4- I havent fed them with nutritions yet...
5- I water them every 3 days... (2 times in a week)
6- The heat is around 27 - 30 C degree ( they are happy in 21-27 C degree in books)
7- Although there is a vantilator, the degree doesnt go down... so i must stay in
peace with the degree...
8- This is not my first grow. all the conditions are same with the 1st grow
9- My soil information: (in the picture u can see the brand of the soil)
PH: 5,0 - 6,5
Salt: <3,0 g/l
Nitrogen: 200-450 mg/l
Fosfor(P2O5): 200-500 mg/l
Potasium ocsid (K2O): 300-550 mg/l
also; H2-H7, Perlite, agrosil, calsium oksid etc...

Looks like they need some nitrogen

to much water and checK the PH GOOD LUCK
