If they are garage type shop lights you can get them like an inch from the plant, Id lower them down. Get some airflow moving the plants a bit too.

using only shoplights...expect massive amounts of stretch...and tiny popcorn buds that wont amount to anything...upgrade your lighting...the reason it fell over is because you don't have a fan on them to strengthen their stem, and the severe lack in lighting is causing them to stretch up to the sky. If you get a light breeze going on them, and upgrade your lighting...you might have a chance.

What kind of lights? CFLs, halogen, HID?
Could be that they are stretching. Pics would help.
They are (4) 4ft shop lights ..... 40 watts each 6500k 3020 L
They dont seem to be stretching much but I dont have a fan blowing on them because my temps are so low

im only using that light because its for the moms

how wet , or dry is the soil?
The medium is 100% perlite and im just hand watering them once in the morning and once at night. The seedlings are in 1 inch rockwool cubes planted in perlite so i guess I should say 98% perlite

Yup, they are stretching, bro. How hot do the bulbs get? Lower them down, hold your hand between the plants and the bulb, if it is very warm, raise them a little bit. It should be about 80 degrees. You could always invest in some t5's.

The one that fell over looks fine, it's probably just not that far into the medium yet. Im not a fan of pure perlite and vermiculite like that, it's so loose there's no "meat" for the plant to hold onto.
