HELP!! White pistols turning brown!!

I've just noticed on 2 of the bud sites where the bud is forming,all the white pistols coming out of the bud have started turning brown right on the very tips..is this normal,it's only on 2 of the bud sites..

It happens .... sometimes spraying plants with neem or weather related ( outdoors ) or at worst pollination.

So is it bad then?have I got anything to worry about an also will they still grow okay??
