HELP! Which hydro system is best to use for 24 plants?!

Hello, Im looking for the ideal hydroponic system to use. I am a caregiver which allows me to grow up to 24 plants in flower and 24 in veg. I really would like to grow a lot of smaller plants with one big cola on them. What systems are out there? any help would be great. (maybe even some pointers on how to setup my room)

Look at the sticky post at the top of the page in this section,its called get a harvest every two week. The author is Al b Fuct, his a legend in the grow world and on many grow sites. His system is perpetual but you can apply his method to suite your grow. I fallow what Al b. does, but I harvest once every 60 days.
So to answer your question I would say in your case use ebb&flow in a sea of green. There is no best hydro system, just some systems will suit your style better then others, mostly dependent on space and time constraints,as well as user friendliness depending on skill level.
