Help when should I harvest

So my plants are at 9 weeks I think 1 plant looks like it’s finished the other bigger one is taking longer any help on when I should harvest and any tips on how to dry properly is it ok if a little light is coming in the dry area

Your plants look great. There is 1 that does look to be possibly ready but you should try to get a look at the trichomes with a jewelers loupe, or a good camera if you got one. For drying just try to keep the temps below 72....64-68F if possible. RH 50-60. I would try to keep it out of sunlight the best you can.

Going by looks is never a good way to judge. Like the above mentioned, trich inspection is the way to go.
