HELP! Whats wrong with my babies?! - PICS

This is my first grow and I am using MG organic choice soil.
I last watered Friday night and usually water every 5 days. But it has been unusually hot in the box the past 2 days.

Does this mean my babies are drowning or that they need to be watered?! The soil is dry up to a 1/4 inch. The one on the left has been drooping sense the day before watering and the one on the right just started drooping this morning.

You could watch my babies grow:idea: https://www.rollitup.org/cfl-growing/164793-first-time-growing-cfl.html

I think that the pics just make the soil look wet, its actually really dry on top I just cant tell if it is wet or not on the bottom. Could I stick a stick down into the dirt to tell if its wet or not or will that damage the roots?

I stuck a stick into the soil and at about midway thru it starts getting moist but stays just slightly moist to the bottom.
Should I water?!?

it looks like the pot you have it in is pretty big. so when you water, soak it until water runs out the bottom. with a plant that big it could easily go 7 day s in between waterings till the plant becomes bigger . than you will need to water more frequently. as far as temps go if u get above around 86 degrees you will slow the vegetative growth of the plant. almost forgot to say make sure your soil has good drainage. you dont want to drown the roots.from time to time i flex my pots , or cups in this case to keep the soil loose. good luck
