Help! What's happening to my plants?

I moved my plants outdoors a month or so ago and recently have discovered that I am having some issues.

1. Some of my leaves are turning pale, almost white. I am thinking it's N deficiency, perhaps due to over watering? This is my first grow.

2. Bugs? Black spots ....

3. Different bug?
White spots

Any thoughts or advice on what to do?
I would appreciate any help.
thanks!

The leaves are bleached out looking from lack of nutrients not just Nitrogen, get a good well rounded fertilizer and start feeding that thing. The dark spots to me look like a passing insect pooped on their way through perhaps a fly. A little hard to tell from the pics. Fly poop/vomit appears as small dark dots here and there and may be possibly shiny. Those white spots are where spider mites may be piercing the bottom of your leaves and sucking out moisture. get a white sheet of paper hold some of your plant over it and shake the plant vigorously. Mites will drop off onto the white paper and you will see them as dark spots maybe even light spots crawling around. Wipe you're finger over the crawling spots and if they smoosh with insect body fluids and leave a streak then its a VERY good chance that they are mites and you got em.! Treating with liquid lady bug on a regular schedule will significantly decrease the infestation , but you must not get lazy about it. stay DILLIGENT!!!
