Screw that. If you did any price comparisons, youll see that its about 10X cheaper than the ones out there that people are saying work.

I know that panel very well. It's cheap ass bullshit christams lights. I was taken for 39.99 2 years ago for that panel. I'm amazed it's still being pushed on eBay. I gave it to my neighbor within a month of purchase because he has a young daughter & since he was a carpenter I knew he could install it in her room for ambiance. You wont be able to grow with it. Big fucking deal you can grow a seedling under it for a week & then you need to replace the light with something stronger. Don't waste your money. You've been warned
