Help..... what is up with this plant

Both plants are 3 weeks old. The healthier looking one had a droop on the 6th day....I propped it up with some wire and it came back well.... the not so healthy looking one took off faster but then at the start of week 2 I found it laying down, I propped it up with wire and it seemed to have a weak stem....the bottom set of leaves yellowed so I trimmed them off and it seemed to spring back since then it has had new growth on it but in the last 2 days the leaves have curled20200915_114127.jpg20200915_114133.jpg

Using the water tester they both read as moist...4-5 on the scale, temp sits around 25celsius and humidity ranges between 65 and 75%
Same conditions as the 3 I recently grew..... they were my first attempt.... from bag seed and no problems. These 2 new ones were purchased seeds of known strains.
