It’s soil mate and right now feeding 2ml of bloom per litre of water and .5 ml of grow per litre of water and being phing it to 6.5

No micro? That seems like a VERY light feed. Whats does that add up to about 250 PPM?

Without more information about your nutrients, I am just assuming it's GH Flora 3 Part
I took the time to convert one of my recipes from gallons to liters for you as a refrence:
Per liter
Calimagic = 1.3 mL (if using RO water or very low PPM water) or 0.4 grams of Epsom Salt per Liter with tap water
Micro = 1.75 mL
Grow = 1.75 mL
Bloom = 2.2 mL
That should end up around 1000 - 1100 PPM
If using the GH Flora you really need the Micro.

Okay mate thank you if I get some of this stuff think I can turn it around for last couple of weeks, it’s only 1 plant that has this problem so hopefully other ones pull through

Plant looks fine to me.
Some yellow leaves in the shadows, entirely normal.
My leaves often look a lot worse than your photos, but still manage to produce some bud.
I usually water at 250-400ppm, never found any point in giving more, it just wastes money.

Okay cheers mate, what types of nutrients do you use in flowering? Am I not using enough do I need micro aswell?

I use 20-10-30 +TE for veg, then add 0-52-34 extra during flower (bit less 20-10-30 if the tips burn).
CalMag occasionally because I grow in coco.
