I have only watered the plant twice since i have ha it !!! what is this caused from?

what kind of nutes are you using? what kind of lights and how close are they...

I havent given it too many nutes yet !! started with a small dose of foxfarm big bloom for root growth and plan on giving it grow big next water!! i have a 600 watt halide about 18 inches away

Flush it. Your nutes are burning it. or you just plain over watered it.
