Help. what does this mean?

My plants started yellowing in the middle, even the seedling did. This isn’t the first time it’s happened to these plants. This plant has healed before on its own idk How I think I dimmed the lights. But the issue is back and even more yellow. Can someone please tell me what this is??
 
For some reason it’s not letting me upload a picture on here.. but the plants are barely in theyre 3 week stage and they yellow only in the very middle of each plant
