Hey thx for helping bro!
I don't mess with autos myself ....but the guy I tried to get his attention for you ,,,does,,, and he knows as much as anybody else I've seen on here about em ....sorry I couldn't help more ....GL

Side note ...on my regulars I've had some strains get pretty yellow/faded towards the end near harvest ....much like what your experiencing ...but those were not autos and I'm not sure how long your plants have left to go ....peace

Usually by the time my plants are looking yellow/faded pretty good ...I'm very near to harvest ....the buds themselves still mature and ripen yes absolutely .....I personally like a good fade on my girls towards the end .....as far as new growth/leafs ...no I don't see that ....but like I said ...I'm very near to harvest when the plants are yellowing basically just waiting for the buds to finish there last bit of trich change/ripening .....

It`s going be one or a combo of a few things. Overwatering (poor drainage), or too much leaf feeding, not enough watering, letting more than the surface inch or two dry out, temperature, (drastic temperature changes or too much heat /too little heat) or lack of nutrients from root choking or loss of iron and magnesium.(soil)

The pictures shown show only a few levels effected, I think they are shedding and that`s quite normal this far along.

I see! Do you usually leave the yellowing leaves on? Or should i trim them off. Thx.

Yea i figured its a combination of hard water, over watering and mag+copper deficiency...
Should i leave the yellowing leaves i the pictures on or trim em off? They have like 20 perfect green... not sure if that provides energy or waste nutes...
Thx!

Got any pics in normal light.

My guess is you switches to bloom feed as soon as you saw the first sign it was a female. You need to feed grow until the stretch stops then transition to flower nutes. Personally I would feed them grow all the way through.

Get a pic under normal light.

The one with amber is done.

If you remove any leafs, cut them, don`t pull them off. Cut them near the branch or stock. leave a little leaf stem behind, it will scab off by it`s self. If you pull them off they can peel the stem or stock like when you break off a piece of celery. the string can peel pretty far down the stem or stock and that will damage the plant and slow it`s growth right away.

If it`s shedding, leave it alone, if it`s sick cut them, I don`t know what you have done to them so far. I`m good at growing but no expert at a scientific level.

Using bloom nutes will actually speed flower on autos. The key to big autos are big pots and feeding grow nutes at least until the stretch is done. Plant straight to final pots. Preferably 3 gallons. I used 15 inch wide pots that hold 5 gallons on my last run.

Your assessment is correct.

On the next run try the tips I gave you and it will improve yields.

Notice the 15 inch wide pots for size reference. I grow in a 2 x 4 6 cab.

Your plants look amazing, are they all autos? What strains are they?

I see! As far as i know the "xxl" labeled strains take longer to finish and yeild more. I ve never personally grown them, having grown them do you think they are worth it?
Yes. They can benefit from topping.

You can grow just about any auto bigger except the dwarf varieties.

Those went somewhere between 90-100 days. Using bigger pots and grow nutes until the end will make a lot of autos go that long and get that big.
