Help!!!! - week 14

Hi All,

week 14 of growth, not sure if she is ready or if it needs more time / could bulk up more. First grow, second plant of the crop; harvested first one way too early snd quite disappointed with the yield / quality. This plant seems to be doing better but has had ph/nute issues. The plants upper half appears to be further along than the bottom (cloudy trichs up top and clear on the bottom). I plan on making bubble hash with all lower / smaller buds, but trying to determine what to do with it, as new white pistols are appearing. Strain is supposedly gg auto flower from ilgm. Any thoughts / input would be appreciated. I just don’t want to chop too early snd leave yield on the table, but a little concerned with how long it’s been going / don’t want to go too long.

I’m also leaving town in 3 weeks, snd want to actively monitor the dry (planning on doing full plant hang at 60f and 60rh for two weeks). Going to have to actively monitor the room, so I’m either chopping this weekend, or waiting three weeks and chopping (which feels like it would be too long of a grow for an auto - some 18 weeks).

Thanks for the input, yes I know I got a little heavy handed with nutes. I think the soil was a little hot as well as some ph issues. First grow, so for sure a lessoned learned. Top cola all pistols are red / brown, lower half pretty immature. Was considering cutting it snd just taking the top for smoke snd low for hash. Think it’s a lost cause or 2 more weeks would make a half decent product?

Now you want us to tell you to do the same thing again

Fair enough. Two more weeks and I’ll revisit. Tbh at this point it’s just been a learning experience.

Here is my thought
Leave it till the day before you leave town
Hang whole plant all leaves attached
Trim it when a get home
Enjoy your trip carefree

That poor girl looks light starved on top of nute issues ( btw K deficiency- yellow margin / burnt tip ) .
Overfert / overwater can lead to some of that foxtailing too.

Best you can do us ride it as long as it TAKES ….. literally til wheels fall off.
‘Autos hate unnecessary stress at times and late flower will show results ( laggy performance / stunting ‘ poor flowering ).

That’s not frying them with nutrients that’s a K deficiency. You didn’t give them enough.

So interestingly enough I only gave them big bloom from fox farms (heavy in k and p). Then this whole issue started. There was a previous post that said I killed them with nutes/ it was a cal mag def. Gave them a light dose of cal mag. Things got a little better, but I honestly think it was a ph lock out / got hot soil (first grow and didn’t keep a journal so it’s all a guessing game lol). Just want to get the most out of at this point. Going straight water from here out.

Do I travel a lot snd hsd to leave these with other caretakers at times… results were a week with the lights off, extreme lack of water, etc. Lol it’s been a learning experience snd st this point I just want some herb that’s a reasonable smoke / can roll monster js with. Going to let it rock till the wheels fall off snd take it as it is. Thanks for the input!
