Could anyone advise what this problem is only one leaf mostly affected

Send us some info, temp, humidity, medium, ph , nutrients, ect. Plus a pick of the full plant and I know 1 of us will pop in and give you some guidance.
 
I was gonna guess lockout or low pH and then I saw your first post. I would seriously check that shit for bugs.

Slight problem any advise would be lovely

Hi guys so I’ve just recently topped and started to run auto pots and feed they are nearly 4 weeks old Dutch pro I’ve used 100ml of a and b in a 47L auto pot a few are developing brown spots andthis in the phot

Ahh.. yeah... alien Aphids.. or Thrips. OP.. if you have a good scope, I'd look under those for adults.. they eggs on top, shit everywhere and feed on the bottom of the leafs..... "Old Man?"... im 54, but at least I can sprint to the shop... ok, maybe not gracefully, but I can run.... crip.:bigjoint:
 
OP.. look (with a scope) near the main leaf veins on the bottom.. they like to feed there at first for some reason..... and a word of advise, wear gloves. I can literally scan you finger prints in that photo.. I.D. theft is big.. cover those dick beaters. @PadawanWarrior .. where did this pic come from? I don't see it in this thread other than what you posted.
