help--Trimming plants outdoors at gorilla location

Im looking at harvesting 3 to 5 pounds of smoke this year. I have to do all the trimming myself

Problem is I have no location for trimming. I live in the city which sucks....no way I'm hauling 3 to 5 pounds of weed home to trim. My idea was to bring a tent and trim in the tent out near my gorilla plot..When I'm done trimming I could cure the weed inside the tent. Camping fans could keep air circulation.

What do guys think of my plan?

I also need a faster way of trimming besides scissors .

scissors are good for trimming the small leaves off the bud. Sheep shearers are very good and easy to use to take off the biggerr stuff really quick. I also have the same problem. Cannot dry in my house. Im gunna have to do the same thing with a tent.

you can dry over 5 lbs of bud in 1 closet in your house! seal the room off from rest of house, then open the window to vent smell. the only reason im telling you this is that it takes 2 or 3 weeks minimum to barely dry fresh buds and another 6 weeks to cure are you gonna live in a tent for 2 months? ya can start a new thread stealth drying or tent life! peace

What he ^ said and if you can get a humidifier inside and a can fan scrubbing right outside not inside youll kill some more odair.

You guys need to be careful who think about trimming and Drying in a tent at there gorilla locations.. Make sure security is high.. an " abandon tent with already trimmed (wet) weed in it ready to go " haha thats a fucking' rippers dream right there.. or anybody thats hard-up for weed or extra cash.

Don't grow it and get this far.. only to get ripped off now.. guys

If you do, do this.. then that means your dedicated to camping out in the bush for atleast 5 days..

Have the gorillas trim it. Hehe "guerrilla"

a van or something moveable makes great space. heat windows blower and moveable weapon. the best is you got tunes. i trimmed in my luxury cars for yrs heated tilt seats and all. just a idea.

i would lay the screens in vehicle and roll down windows on windy sunny days to speed it up. lockable, moveable is nice and so is heat fast. there is many advantages you can be well armed have mirrors and so much more.

Ive done the tent thing before. Like you said, camping fans for circulation, and I used a small propane space heater to speed things along. They were dry enough to haul home (not dry enough to smoke, but it cut down on the smell quite a bit) within 3 days. I finished drying/curing in a closet at the house.

I would strip off all the fan leaves & hang the entire plant up in a tree. In a week it will be dry enough to strip off the buds. Take them home and trim them.....good luck....

I like that idea. I'm not worried about people finding my location. Its very remote. Pitching a tent is heat score. The plants should blend pretty well in a tree

I left an early finisher in a tree overnight last night; this morning it was molding already lol but we did get a light shower last night...just make sure you have some plastic draped over it so you don't have to worry about rain. For me this is a real bad year for mold, it's been raining here almost every other day..never really gets to dry out. In some places out there I can just smell the mold, there's so much of it. I'm in the same boat...can't dry it here in my house but we're in the middle of nowhere and there's plenty of woods...I'm thinking far up in a tree where air circulation is good and a couple of camping fans as was mentioned earlier. I'm also wondering about washing them with pH'd water prior to cutting in order to raise the surface pH of the plants and this prevents any mold from forming.

buy a cheap motorhome and do it parked in somebody you know goods, back yard. tunes climate control, security. fuck it just live in the motor home by the plants forever! yeah,pass me another joint of that orange krush!

holy 2 weeks minimum!!! how the fuck are you drying these? Ive had fresh trimmed buds take 4-7 days to dry, with the buds being cut into manageable sized lengths, with a fan to circulate air. and buds with the sugar leaves left on to dry and trimmed after take 10-14 days to dry.

those are east coast drying times! it always rains at harvest time here! when im harvesting at my farm in Santa Cruz i just hang it all over the house and its done in week! figured "gorilla" meant back east!
