Help to set up a 3x3 Flower room esp irrigation

Thanks in advanced, I am really pulling my hair out with getting the irrigation setup in my area. Drain to waste right now with coco but going through so much nutes/water.

Looking to copy setups that work rather than spending more $$$ on things that dont work.
Does anyone have links to setups with perpetual growth (seedlings and vege in one area and then flower in another) ?

Currently have a 3x3 area, 2.2m height covered in sound/heat proof insulation - AC controlled and humidity. Need to redesign this

9*5 tent for vege to flower and a 3*3 for cloning to seedling in 1/2 gal pots.
100L Res with 3000lph pump that uses a 3/4" poly pipe through disc filter (130mesh) to 2x 8 port 4mm manifold. This then goes to some 12lph side sprayers (which some dribble more than spray...and can syphon water from the res after water pump is switched off (feedings 4x day) ..) thus wanting to re design...

Coco/perlite mix in fabric pots, 5 gal mostly but testing 2 gal also, which are sat on metal pot holders lifting them off the drip tray

Plan to get rid of the tents, set up the room so its just for Flower (using 1x room scrubber, 1x exhaust, 1x intake) 8" but thinking of upgrading to 10"..

Advice on how to set up this area ? And then how to repurposes the 9*5 for vege (plus setup a 1.2x0.6x1.8m for cloning with 3-4 shelves)

thanks for the rely. I tried that, but water squirts out, as its under pressure, not gravity dripping.

Thinking of either using the Octabubbler with built in pressure regulator, anti drain back and self cleaning or go with the floraflex which im not sure if they have the same features.

Anyone setup a 3x3 area before and have it all automated or know of any good build threads ?
