Help this plant has been in flower for 12 weeks still white hairs

help I have my one cookies plant that has been in flower for almost 12 weeks and the buds still have white hairs should I leave it in flower longer or should I leave it in 42 hours darkness and then just chop it need some help my other plant finished in less then 10 weeks

Cut hrs to 11/13 and flower for another week or two
