FFOF is know to burn seedlings. Try using light warrior for seedlings. Any potting soil for seedlings should be fine

Ill try to re-pot it with miracle gro seed starter and im going to add rooting powder xD like what you said they look done atleast ill do a trial and error

No! hang on. rooting powder is not needed for a seed! The seed itself contains all necassary nutrients to produce life an sprout! After the first or second set of true leafs ( the serrated blades) they will need some sort of food from there on! I don't know what MG see starter is, but I would invest in a tray of rapid rooter plugs. They can be bagged and put into a refrigerator until you need them and are relatively cheap!

you can try repotting it, or you can let it go and maybe it'll pull through. I'd start fresh though. This one looks pretty cooked to me.

Firstly you want to find some proper seedling mix. Seedlingss do not need any nutrient or any other crap in the mix to kick them off.
Secondly, choose a grow container that matches the size of your plants, in other words do not use a rather large pot to grow seedlings in. A 1 inch pot would be suffice, 2 inch max. This keeps the seedling mix fresh as the seedling can actually use up the moisture in the pot which then allows your plant to dry out the media temporarily, and you to water it again regularly. Whereas a large pot for seedlings means the seedling sits in the same media with the same moisture retained and going stale, which in turn can lead to all sorts of problems.
