Help, the tips of my leaves r curling under?

I just recently had to move my plants to another location, maybe they got to cold? Over watering? Why r they curling under now with slight brown spots at the outter edges of the leaves?

Having same problem on week old plants, leaves curling down and drooping, along with some wilting and getting wavey. Anyone out there with ideas?

Btw, i've been very careful with watering, only every other day, lack of water? Also using MG garden soil with the self release ferts, is that the prob?

MG isn't the best for beginers, and what water are you using? Without pic's I would start by checking your PH of your water and your soil runoff. And watering every other day isn't the best idea. We need to know what your pot size is, and what size your plants are. When in veg I water my plants every three to four days when they are in 1 gal pots. Once I bounce them up to 5-7 gal pots I keep it the same. When they start flowering and the roots begin to fill in the pot you will have to step it up to every two days to every day. When they are seedlings just starting out I don't water them for a week! So watering every couple of days isn't the best idea, you need to learn when the plants need water. When your soil is dry on top. It also depends on your soil, some soil retains water better than others, I use FFOF and I swear by it. Also how often you water deppends on how hot you keep your grow room, one that is at 80 will need more often wattering than one that is at 70. As you can see there are too many variables as to how often you should water your plants. what I would do if I were you guys is don't water your plants again for a few days, wait till the leaves start to droop a little, Just a little you will have to keep an eye on them. If it takes 4 days before they start to droop a little then you know you need to water your plants every three days.

Appreciate the advice, Grow room specs:
3-27watt cfls (5500lumens @5000K)
Temp swings between 70-95F
Humidity 45-65%
Ventilation decent but certainly not ideal
PH unknown (picking up meter tomorow) been watering with purified water from store

Plants are 7 days since breaking through soil.
4in. Pot for the one and 16.9oz bottle cut in half for the other (i know not a good idea, i'm starting some new seedlings with peat pots, and using top soil from Home Depot this time, seems pretty neutral without any added ferts)

I'm also limited on space and amount of electricity I can use, was planning on going 12/12 when plants hit 4-6in to keep under 2ft. (this is just bagseed by the way) can I get away with 1-1.5gal pots max?

Again, really appreciate all the help.
