Help. Small buds hairs are brown

Newbie here. Plant went into flower weeks ago. Buds have not grown and the hairs are now brown
Advice?

have you been molesting them? the oils from your fingers cause the pistils to die

They look sickly but hard to tell, need more info and better picks

Don't touch them allot. In a 4 x 4 x5 tent with led lights. Currently using fox farm big bloom per instruction. Have been like this for weeks. Light is set on 6 hours a day

Should be on for 12 hours per day.....

6 hours isn't enough...if the plants are photo..they need 12hrs...if they are autos you can 24rs..but I usually do 20hrs on 6 hours off
