I have a plant a month and a half into flowering. I think its a male but my friend said its female can some one help?

Or do this, however, if your an inexperienced grower introducing pollen and creating seeds might not be the best idea. The first time I tried pollinating just one branch it was an epic fail-somehow I pollinated almost everything! So if you can't risk it I wouldn't recommend experimenting.That is obviously and most definitely a male. In the second pic a ball already opened into an umbrellaand the dangling bananas in it will drop pollen any moment now. Might as well collect some of it since you let it live so long. Store it dry, clean an sealed in a freezer and drop a tiny bit on a female bud in your next run and you'll have enough seed to be able to pick females from.
