Help Sex My Plant

This plant is almost 7weeks from sprouting and is looking good. I think I am seeing what appears to be male preflowers. What sex is this plant? If it is male that is ok because I have 3 more that I am waiting to sex.

i think it's really too early to tell. did you switch to 12/12? realy good close-up though.

No I have not switched to 12/12. I need to sex these before I flower them. The reason being is I want to do a SCROG and it will be difficult to weed out the males once the screen is in place. Thanks

how are you going to sex them 1st i know some may show preflowers but am not sure they all will.

you could do clones of each plant label them and put them in to flower

it appears to be a female, but you cant be certain until you cleary see the pistils or balls!

start flowering and within 1-2 weeks youll see female or males, and then you can put the screen in place!

Thats a fem for sure!! dont bother putting them into flower the rest should show pre flowers in a week at most. The males almost always show first! it look like you got a bunch of girls. but you can always be sure. give it another week it will pay off

I am sure I can strech the extra week in but I am having space issues as well I found little webbs today (Spider Mites Im guessing) I dont want to add the screen after flowering has begun. After the two week period then I only have a week to 1.5 weeks to fill the screen up before the strech is done. I dont think that is enough time. Does the first one look male or female to you?

I Cant tell one the first one. but if you started them at the same time and they are the same strain I would bet its a girl. As for those webbs I really hope its just a spider and not mites. If it is mites dont flower untill you get rid of them or they will really fuck things up BIG TIME!! Get some Neem oil spray and spary those plants.

If your have space issues top them. Do this by pinching of the tiny ne grow at the top. This will give you two sprout out the top and make them bushyer

Thanks Matt I hope it is just a spider. I read that spider mites dont usually show in cold climates. It has been pretty cool for a while so there maybe hope. Yes I will be starting with some sort of treatment. I would like to use NeemOil but I have not seen it around but I know there is other stuff. I think I will use the Tabacco method for a few days till I can find some good stuff. Will this work. Also I built an aero cloner and was wondering if i took a cutting from the plants and place them on 12/12 will they show sex? My space issues are not with height but more with the plants being too bushy. I have topped and LST them to keep them short even though I have about 22inches of height to fill!! Cutting some branches will help a little and may get me thru the next week or so. I also need to transplant ASAP so the sooner I can pick my two females the better. I have a positive one female and one possible Male. I still have two that have not shown enough to get a picture of yet. I do think that one more maybe female but I am not sure. It will need a couple of days to really be able get a picture.

Never used the tabacco treatment. you can root clones and put them into floer but that will take at leat 3 weeks. Just be patient and hold off a couple days. they will show dont worry

Thanks for the encuragement. I hope I get one more. I have two more that havent really shown sex yet but I can almost say I am 45% sure there is one more female. If this is true I will have some work to do this weekend. If it does not show then I will wait the week or so.
