Hi all, i used some hermie seeds and all was going well but now ive only got 3 weeks left and ive spotted some seeds growing on top of my bud. Is there anything i can do to stop seed production or is it a total loss. Im wondering if to let it finish then see whats left after the seeds but almost half of my buds have a seed or more and with 3 weeks left im not sure what to do.
Any help appreciated.

that will happen, happened to me. you can pick them out but your plant has already devoted most its energy to seed production so bud will be a little less potent. hermie seeds always, or almost always produce the same genes. you get lucky for a fem seed.

Total loss? lol dont listen to the people who hate on seed. They Know nothing.
Seeded bud is still good/great. I notice no effect on potency yield may not be as good But if you only have a few weeks to go the buds should be good size already ?

He will loose a lot of density from it tho.

Don't trash your plant, there's no sense in that. You got some seeds, you wouldn't be the first nor will you be the last. Grow it out, enjoy it for what it is. HOWEVER, my guess is that your plants did not hermie, but instead produced a few "nanners" which pollinated your plants. That in itself is a learning lesson: you need to check your plants closely OFTEN, looking for things like that. On the bright side, if "nanners" were actually the culprit, those seeds should be feminized, although they will carry the "nanner" trait also.

I ran some GDP that ended up with seeds in about 50% of its buds.....Its the one the Mrs likes the best out of the assortment of jars I have. Shes happy to shake the seeds out of her. I don't sell so no concerns there. I'm sure for those that do, it loses its street value but for its smoke value A+

I grow plants and pollinate them for seed, (wicked cross by the way :) My buds are very dense. I have never had a hermed plant, I wonder if it is because I pollinate 1-2 branches ? hmmm

Very interesting thought Mr Diet Coke. Could be useful in growing hermie prone strain like Thai.

all hermied out 3 weeks in due to light leaks, all seeded i chopped 2 weeks early to reduce seed production, still had a very nice amount of potent smoke and a bag of seeds, not the greatest pic
