Help!! Seedlings Help!!!

there are bugs not on my seedlings but in the container where the plants are how to get rid of them? they are tiny like were talking millimeters ..
i hope they dont plant eggs they come throgh my closet floor .."closet grow fem buddah and purps"
help wut do i do to get away these insects?

a solution to just spray around the plants and kill all insects..their only seedlings..help
